Updated: Is Sarah Palin Finished as a National Candidate?

After what we've heard from alleged sources in the McCain camp, if this is true, it's troubling.

Ace notes that this was predicted 10 days ago: 

A "McCain aide," who we can now reasonably conclude is the fired Randy Scheunemann, predicted precisely this.

He names names. Schmidt and Wallace.

Are they behind this? I don't know. But he predicted they'd do this. And now it's been done.
