&lt;p&gt;Once that problem started being addressed by more people focusing on increased drilling and finding new energy sources, the oil futures plummeted. The futures market did exactly what is supposed to do in this instance.&lt;/p&gt;</content>

You don&amp;#39;t have to hate the free market to realize that the train sometimes comes off the tracks. Sometimes you have to close the market, the bank or prohibit futures trading to stop runaway self-feeding phenomenon which do not reflect true market values. &lt;/p&gt;</content>
